Our logistics process is derived from an electronic engineering work order system, which also covers project activations (new construction), staffing, material management, inventories, customer requests, and tracking. CoronadoDC has created and maintains a sophisticated real-time inventory which provides real-time levels on over 300 items with flag notifications when low re-order levels are reached.
Supply Chain
CoronadoDC is well experienced when it comes to supply chain. CoronadoDC manages multiple contracts that involve personnel receiving and delivering supplies and equipment; preparing shipping and inventory documents for manual or automated inventory systems; conducting inventory of stock on hand and communicating discrepancies to leadership; supporting wall-to-wall and periodic inventories; using bar coding equipment on a predetermined schedule that will allow for timely replenishment orders; and more.
