The York VAMC, Murfreesboro TN has a need for the attached list of healthcare furniture systems.

Questions need to be submitted by August 29, 2023.

If you are able to provide a quote please do so by September 8, 2023.

**Q&A**

This email is to address the following questions asked by a potential bidder.  Please note no updates were made to the attached and the solicitation is unchanged.

1. For the existing, we will need to know if we are disposing off site or putting in storage as it affects the cost. Please advise which – disposal off site or storage?

 Answer: For old system furniture we will need to move system furniture to storage and stack like items together neatly in warehouse B 14.

1. If we are to remove to storage, what is the distance to storage from the installation site?

Answer: Warehouse B 14 is on-site at the York  Campus and has a loading dock, only minutes from the installation site at B 6.
