Please see the attached RFQ for an opportunity to bid on brand name or equal to Steelcase furniture for the Bronx VA Medical Center. Located at 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The Bronx VA is looking to purchase furniture for their offices. Limited space is available, so dimensions must be exact.
Please submit all responses by Tuesday August 01, 2023 at 10:00am EDT. Please include delivery time frame, your IDIQ contract number and warranty information with your responses. Please fill out attached Delivery and Price Schedule (On Unit price section) as well as send a separate quote with your submission. Please include a signed Certificate of Compliance.
I have attached the Statement of work, Salient characteristics, Delivery and price schedule to this email.
If you do not wish to bid, please provide a “no bid” response.
If you have any questions, email them to me before July 27, 2023 at 10AM EDT. I will not take questions after that time.
