Please see attached an RFQ for Care in The Community (CITC) Furniture for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The RFQ contains the Solicitation, MTR, Floor Plan (legend) , and other supporting documents. Please review each carefully and in their entirety. Your response will need to follow the instruction listed in section 5.0 of the Statement of Work (starting on p.5 of the solicitation document). Please provide a quote for the items listed in the RFQ, as well as emailing back a completed signed copy of the RFQ.
