Limited Return Policy
Items normally ship within 2-3 business days. Some items may ship sooner or later. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
Note: Custom Items & Non-Stocked Items Are Not Returnable
Exchanges and Returns
Our exchange/return policy is as follows. For business customers, all products purchased must be returned within 7 days of receipt; unless otherwise indicated. The exchange/return MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at your expense. As previously stated, all custom purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
Any shipments received after 7 days, and up until 21 days, will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Please ship the items prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock; if not your money will be refunded.
